  • Profile & Listings: business name, address, category, descriptions, images, event details, reviews, ratings, “heritage” or cultural‐interest tags.
  • Messages & Feedback: content of inquiries you send to other Users or to us.

  • Usage Data: pages viewed, search terms, clicks, date/time stamps, referral URLs.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language settings.
  • Location Data: approximate location derived from IP or device-based geolocation (with your permission).
  • Cookies & Tracking: persistent and session cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device and collect usage data.

  • Public Content: any listings, reviews, comments, or profiles you post are visible to other Users and searchable on the site.
  • Private Messages: information you send in one-to-one messages is shared only with the recipient.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share data with vendors who help operate the Service—hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery—under strict confidentiality.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Practical Pixel Studio reorganizes or merges, we may transfer your information to the successor entity, provided it follows this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety—or that of our Users.

4.5 Aggregated & De-identified Data

6.4 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
